Role Overview
As Brand Manager at our company, you will lead the branding strategy and execution across two key areas:
- Our B2B brands — including our services in eCommerce enablement, training, technology, and design.
- Client-side B2C brands — supporting their presence on marketplaces, websites, and digital channels.
This role is ideal for a strategist-operator hybrid who can build brand equity and demand through storytelling, digital campaigns, and customer engagement across Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
Key Responsibilities
Phase 1 – B2B Brand Leadership
- Define brand identity, voice, and positioning for our service brands across:
- eCommerce enablement & strategy
- Corporate training & compliance
- Design & technology services
- Manage brand visibility across websites, LinkedIn, events, and learning platforms.
- Plan and launch marketing campaigns that support lead generation, partnerships, and category leadership.
- Oversee creative and content production for consistent brand expression across touchpoints.
- Monitor and report on brand health, awareness, and performance metrics.
Phase 2 – B2C Brand Strategy (Client-Facing)
- Support go-to-market and branding strategies for client-side consumer brands across multiple industries.
- Optimize brand presence across D2C websites, Shopee/Lazada stores, packaging, and social media.
- Ensure alignment between branding and performance goals (e.g., conversion, loyalty, customer experience).
- Conduct competitive analysis and customer research to strengthen positioning and storytelling.
Collaboration & Execution
- Lead coordination between design, content, digital marketing, and commercial teams.
- Own brand calendars, briefs, and campaign plans across both B2B and B2C workstreams.
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging formats, and consumer behavior in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
Must-Have Skills & Competencies
- Branding & Campaign Management
Proven ability to build brand identity from scratch and lead full-funnel brand campaigns across B2B and B2C contexts. - Digital Storytelling & Content Strategy
Strong grasp of content formats and platforms: website UX, LinkedIn, YouTube, blogs, landing pages, and marketplace listings. - Commercial Alignment
Understands how branding supports business outcomes: lead generation, sales growth, and market differentiation - Data Fluency
Able to interpret data to optimize campaigns and brand messaging - Cross-Functional Collaboration
Comfortable leading projects with creative, commercial, and performance teams
Qualifications
- 4–6 years in brand management, strategic marketing, or creative strategy roles.
- Experience in both B2B and B2C brand building, ideally in digital or eCommerce contexts.
- Fluent in Vietnamese (for local execution) and English (for regional strategy).
- Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Odoo, HubSpot, Figma, or analytics dashboards.
